The returned item will then be sent to the distributor for your country with a returns number so that we can track the item. If you want a second opinion or help along the way, just get in touch with us. Our main concern is making sure that you the rider are fairly dealt with and that we take all possible steps to resolve the problem. We are not some uncaring corporate giant sending out generic replies, we are riders. Therefore we and our distributors handle any problems you might have as we ourselves would want to have our problems handled. We have tried to avoid the use of confusing 'small print' lawyer language, offering instead a plain english version detailed in the FAQ below.
